Return & Refund Policy
Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind. Please review all product details, size charts, colors, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@studiokhaos.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A photo of the full item
- A photo of the packaging label, if applicable
- A brief description of the problem
Once we review the issue, we’ll work to provide a replacement or refund when eligible.
Returns & Exchanges
Since each item is custom printed after purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect color selection
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Items ordered by mistake
- Personal preference regarding fit or style
Please make sure to check the size chart and product description before ordering.
Order Issues
If you receive the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, or there is a manufacturing issue with your order, contact us at contact@studiokhaos.com within 30 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@studiokhaos.com with your order number. We’ll review the tracking information and help determine the next steps.
We are not responsible for orders that are delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses, carrier delays, customs processing, or events outside of our control.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us at contact@studiokhaos.com. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
